Trinity Episcopal Church
Concord, MA
When a new Sanctuary was added to this 1860's church,
much of the daily flow of activity shifted to an awkward unattractive
entrance from a parking lot on a side street. Church members and strangers
alike had to go through the original Parish Hall (now a large meeting
room) to get to the church office, classrooms, and even to the chapel
from the Rector's office. The Vestry wanted to present a more welcoming
entrance, improve circulation and better monitor those visiting the
church. Except for Sunday services, this small addition has become the
main entrance to this complex.
