A former printing shop, this 1950's all brick building with minimal windows was gutted and converted into a multi-level auto dealership with showroom, service, and parts sales. While the showroom floor level is original, the rear of the building was excavated inside. Its walls were lowered to meet the grade at the back to provide a higher ceiling in the service department and to provide space overhead for additional parts storage.
