This existing split-entry home was increased by nearly 50 percent along the entire rear of the house to take advantage of a spectacular view of the Concord River and provide more space for both bedrooms and general living. Changes in the roof line allowed for cathedral ceilings through the living, kitchen, and dining spaces. All rooms on the rear — including the master bath — now have a treetop view of the river.
