The young couple built as much home as they could afford in 1980. By 1996, having become a successful lawyer, it was time to "finish the project" which included site work (including a lap pool, tennis courts, stone walls, patios, and major plantings), a major aesthetic up-grade to the front of the house, and an addition to the rear for a master bedroom (with his and hers bathrooms!) and an office and exercise room off of the pool.

The octagon design of the addition was a thought casually tossed out during the initial interview, and it worked!
