A family owned this small triangular plot of land for many years and often camped out there summer weekends but only recently decided to build a permanent home, for several siblings to share. You can see Martha’s Vineyard over nearby houses, but zoning limited height to 35 feet. Very rigid zoning regulations (allowable footprint) and a new septic system severally limited the size of the new structure, but in the end a comfortable home has been created to everyone’s satisfaction.
